Challenge

This project was one of the endeavors we haven't done previously, and the client's concept differed immensely from those of others. Our team spent a good time in understanding the business model and then started working on automating its processes. The system developed by our agile development team catered to all client requirements. For enhanced functionality, we integrated popular support ticket systems like Zendesk Freshdesk Helpscout, etc., enabling businesses and marketers to evaluate their customer support more accurately.
