The challenge we faced in this project was to integrate RingCentral receiving the faxes from patients with Zoho CRM. There was no direct mechanism to connect the two. So, we integrated RC and Google app scripts and then linked it to Zoho for flawless operations.
Despite a complex project, our team developed a picture-perfect system which catered to all client requirements, and also integrated the additional features for smooth and fast functionality.
