We conducted discovery workshops to map out the user journeys for both employers and job seekers. This phase included competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and architecting the core platform, with a focus on the matching algorithm and database structure.

Using an agile framework, our team developed the key platform components in iterative sprints. This included the employer dashboard, job posting module, professional profile builder, advanced search engine and an integrated messaging system.

The platform underwent rigorous testing, including security audits and performance load testing. Following a successful beta launch with a select group of businesses and professionals, we deployed the full platform and established a continuous monitoring and improvement plan.

The platform's efficient matching algorithm and streamlined application process reduced the average time-to-hire for participating businesses.
