To tackle all challenges efficiently, we used the following approach:
Defined core features, user stories, and system architecture. Conducted stakeholder interviews to align on objectives and user needs for seamless platform integration and content management.

Built the TAIA platform, focusing on secure API integrations with teaching platforms (Canvas, Atlas, etc.). Developed the user interface for easy lesson plan/assignment uploads and cross-platform publishing functionalities.

Launched TAIA to educators, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support. Implemented monitoring to ensure stable performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement and future enhancements.
